Where will Beaumanoir's appetite stop?

Already the owner of several brands such as Cache Cache, Morgan or Bonobo, the Saint-Malo-based ready-to-wear group has just received the green light from the Competition Authority to buy the Caroll brand.

The women's clothing brand has 480 points of sale and employs 1,250 people.

With this takeover, Beaumanoir “reinforces its“ accessible premium ”pole alongside Morgan, and imposes itself on the wardrobe of modern active women who love classic and chic fashion which has made Caroll a success,” says the group in a statement.

In 2020, Beaumanoir had already acquired a large part of the La Halle brand.

Founded and chaired by Roland Beaumanoir, the Saint-Malo group today weighs more than one billion euros with 2,000 points of sale and more than 12,000 employees around the world.
