Starting tomorrow, around 500 people working at the brand's headquarters will have a four-day week.

"It is

a brave bet to make the company the best place to work

and, with the support of the workers, Desigual takes a step forward in the implementation of disruptive work and conciliation models and becomes the first company fashionable in Spain to offer this type of conditions ", they point out in a statement.

"We knew that it was a risky proposal and that it could raise doubts, but we are totally convinced that it will

between personal and professional life for all of us who are part of Desigual," said Alberto Ojinaga, CEO of Desigual.

It is not the first company to do so.

Telefónica has also established a pilot program for a four-day,
