According to the Tianjin Branch of the China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau, the company’s 9.93-kilometer pipeline is located in Luliang City, Shanxi Province.
The entire girder erection and bridge deck system of the project is located above National Highway 337, and part of the pier is between steep ridges and gully. The tallest pier is 66.3 meters. The beam erection is difficult and the safety risk is high.
During the construction process, it is necessary to ensure the normal passage of the national highway and to ensure that the ecological environment of the Weifen River is not polluted.
For this reason, the builders have continuously optimized construction organization, increased resource allocation, and adopted effective measures to overcome the adverse factors such as complex geological conditions and narrow construction sites.
At the same time, around the thin-walled hollow pier construction, the construction technology is continuously optimized.
The production of precast beams adopts intelligent tensioning, grouting and automatic spray curing systems. The tension data is uploaded to the remote system in real time, and the prestressed tension data is monitored in real time to ensure the construction quality of the prestressed beams and slabs.
At present, the construction of the project has entered the final sprint stage.
