  Nanyang Xiangjiang River Bridge is a key control project of Pingyi Expressway, located in Helonghu Town, Xiangyin County, Yueyang City, with a total length of 7120.6 meters.

Among them, the main bridge is 511.88 meters long and the main span is 120 meters. It is currently the largest span of the corrugated steel web suspended beam bridge in China.

  The upper structure of the main bridge is a prefabricated corrugated steel web variable cross-section PC composite beam. Compared with the conventional box girder structure, the corrugated steel web is used instead of the concrete web, which reduces its own weight by 25% to 30% and can completely avoid the concrete web from cracking. Phenomenon.

  In addition, the prefabricated cantilever assembly has high precision and high speed, the construction quality is more controllable, and the efficiency is significantly improved.

Through the use of this technology, Nanyang Xiangjiang River Bridge has created a new record for the fastest cantilever construction of 2.5 days/piece.

The smooth closure of the bridge laid the technical foundation for the application of the new wave steel web composite box girder in continuous system bridges, and also expanded the application of wave steel webs in long-span bridges.

  According to reports, the Nanyang Xiangjiang River Bridge was designed by Hunan Transportation Planning, Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hunan Jiaotong Construction Group, and constructed by Hunan Road and Bridge Construction Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hunan Road and Bridge Construction Group Co., Ltd., applying 8 of the 10 new technologies in the construction industry17 Small items, 4 innovative technologies.
