The 4th "Blooming Cup" 5G Application Contest was launched in Beijing in May this year, focusing on promoting application replication, deepening cross-industry collaboration, and setting a benchmark for 5G industry applications.

The Hubei regional competition finals were hosted by the Hubei Provincial Department of Economics and Information Technology, Hubei Provincial Communications Administration, Wuhan Economic and Information Bureau, and Wuhan Hongshan District Government. 207 5G typical application projects were collected from the whole province, and 30 projects entered the finals.

In terms of promoting scenario applications, build 5G fully connected factories, select 25 companies as key construction targets, organize operators and ICT service providers to enter factories and parks, and provide special guidance for the development needs of enterprise 5G applications.

  The "dual gigabit" network represented by 5G and gigabit optical network is an important component and bearer base of the new infrastructure.
