More than 100 thousand homes in Russia were connected to gas as part of social gasification

“As of the beginning of September, more than 100 thousand households across the country have already been connected, of which more than 9 thousand are under the new rules.

Thus, a large-scale program of social gasification has actually started, ”he said.

The Deputy Prime Minister added that the potential for connection under the gasification program is more than 3 million households in more than 36 thousand settlements.

At the same time, President Vladimir Putin stated during the meeting that it is necessary to continue the planned gasification along with the social one.

In June, the head of state signed a law according to which the supply of the gas network to the boundaries of the sites of the Russians will be free of charge.

He raised the topic of lack of access to gas for many households in the country in his message to the Federal Assembly.
