The leader said his group was currently recruiting several hundred people, to further expand the teams of its agencies throughout France.
"We have 1,000 positions to fill today in the network," says the manager.
"It only makes one per agency."

The real estate sector is in his eyes a "miracle of the Covid", with a "probable very good year 2021".
And in this context, "we need people who will go, take in mandates, make visits, make rentals, also do a little trustee because we do this job rather well", lists Laurent Vimont on Europe 1 "But you need trained people to do it. So we actually have 1,000 positions to fill right now."

However, crossing the milestone of 1,000 national agencies is not an objective in itself for the boss of the network, which currently has 910 agencies. "Whether we are 950 or 1,000 (agencies), that is not the subject. There are plenty of territories where we are not present enough. Frankly, that does not prevent me from sleeping at night. I'm interested in finding good candidates who want to experience a great project with us. "
