wasl properties announced a 6-month promotion campaign, coinciding with the launch of the “Expo 2020 Dubai” exhibition, through which it provides special prices on new contracts exclusively.
Wasl indicated, in a statement seen by "Emirates Today", that the offers last for 6 months and are directed exclusively to new customers only, and that the company will provide discounts in its offers on the value of rent, commission and the amount of insurance, in addition to free additional months on the lease contract.
Customers interested in the offers offered by the company can choose from a variety of residential units available for rent in a number of the company's projects spread across Dubai.
Wasl will announce the monthly offer before or at the beginning of the following month.
In order to ensure maximum levels of comfort, wasl properties invites potential customers to download the wasl properties for rent app, through which they can book their units directly for the duration of the offer.
Wasl will launch its first offers in Bur Dubai on October 10, 2021, and in Deira on October 21, 2021, where the offer will be announced at a later time.
