Softbank G Announcement of partnership with German mobile phone giant Deutsche Telekom

SoftBank Group Corp. announced that it has agreed to acquire a 4.5% stake in Deutsche Telekom, a major German mobile phone company, and to form a partnership.

As a result, it has become the second largest shareholder of Deutsche Telekom, and in the future, it plans to consider joint projects between Deutsche Telekom and IT companies that are investing through alliances.
