He pointed out that the application of "one-single system" has been intensified.

State railways, shipping and channel operation platform companies strengthened information sharing, and formulated the "Technical Guidelines for Railway Pickup (Transport) Bill Financing Business".

In the first half of 2021, Chongqing Rail-Sea Combined Transport's "one-order" bill of lading reached 290 bills with a value of 30.8 million US dollars.

He introduced that the facilitation of customs clearance continued to deepen.

The application rate of the “single window” main business in Chongqing and Sichuan reached 100%, and the overall customs clearance time for import and export at Guangxi Port was reduced to 5 hours and 28 minutes respectively.

In addition, the premium service and fee reduction continued to advance.

The railway continues to implement preferential tariff policies. In the first half of 2021, the preferential freight rate exceeds 100 million yuan; Beibu Gulf Port has implemented an incentive policy to further reduce port intermediary service charges. At present, with the exception of individual links, the overall charge level is equivalent to Ningbo Zhoushan Port.
