The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority and the Digital Government, in cooperation with du, a subsidiary of Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company, and Etihad Rail, carried out the first field measurements of its kind in the Middle East, in order to determine the regulatory controls that can be applied to achieve compatibility between International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT) systems. ) and railway radiocommunication systems (GSM-R).
