[Explanation] The 2021 Sichuan Cultural and Tourism Development Conference will be held in Jiuzhaigou County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province in September.
As a tourism resource-rich area, through years of tourism development practice, the tourism industry of Jiuzhaigou County has achieved a leap from a "reception type" to an "industrial type" to a "strategic pillar industry".
With the construction of highways and the basic formation of Jiuzhaigou County's overall tourism pattern, Jiuzhaigou County's tourism environment has been greatly improved, and the way of tourism has gradually changed from the traditional "walking horses and flowers" tourism to an "immersive" tourism experience.
In the Luoyi area of Shuanghe Town, Jiuzhaigou County, the Shiwai Luoyi Jiuzhai Manor Tourism Resort project integrates primary, secondary and tertiary industries, creating a plateau modern agricultural industrial park that integrates sightseeing, tourism, and folklore experience. +Tourism is the core operating idea, combining products with cultural tourism.
Not only has the former barren mountain turned into a "golden mountain", it has also become a model for rural revitalization.

Our project is a project through the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries. The primary production includes the cultivation of our grapes, our snow chrysanthemum, morel, and our tartary buckwheat special agricultural products.
The secondary production is mainly the deep processing of our wine, and the tertiary production is our cultural tourism section.
We currently have three small resort hotels in the current tourism sector.
We gathered some local villagers together to work together in our cooperative and provided some employment positions.

The changes are still quite big. Before, our area was basically a forest.

[Explanation] It is reported that preparations for the construction of the resort began in 2014, with a planned area of more than 24,800 mu.
At present, the "One Week Health Plan" tourism products with the theme of health and wine are launched.
Chen Kaibin introduced that in the next step they will create more interactive experience projects to meet the travel needs of more tourists and bring tourists a more comfortable, leisure and convenient travel experience.

We are now making an in-depth plan for the tourism sector in the later stage.
It is expected that within 5 years, a tourist destination will be built on the first day of Jiuzhaigou Tour.
Later, through some of our interesting leisure activities and projects, tourists will be led to our place for holiday tourism.
[Explanation] In Zhongchagou Village, Zhangzha Town, 8 kilometers away from the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, the Jiuzhai Luneng Eco-tourism Resort focuses more on exploring the high-end tourism experience of the "sightseeing + vacation" model that is in line with international standards.
It is understood that the resort features world heritage sightseeing and cultural experience in the original village of Tibetan villages. At the same time, high-end hotel clusters and first-line big names of "first entering prefecture and first entering Sichuan" are introduced into Jiuzhaigou County for the first time.
