China News Service, Hefei, August 21 (Zhao Qiang and Li Yingxue) A reporter learned from Hefei International Dry Port on the 21st that a recent China-Europe return train full of low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene and other cargoes departed from Neuss, Germany. Delivered via Alashankou port to the logistics base of Hefei North Station, marking the hard-core acceleration of Hefei China-Europe Express, and "four consecutive flights" within 24 hours.

This is the 50th China-Europe return train to be launched this year in Hefei, and the fourth return train to be shipped within 24 hours.

The three previous trains in a row were all return trains from Central Asia on the Tashkent-Khorgos-Hefei North line, carrying 100 TEUs of cotton yarn weighing more than 1,000 tons.

Since the beginning of this year, Hefei China-Europe Express has sent a total of 375 standard trains, including 50 return trips to Central Europe and 25 return trips to Central Asia.

According to reports, this year's Hefei China-Europe trains continued to make efforts to achieve growth against the trend despite tight railway plans and severe epidemic prevention and control. In the first half of this year, more than 300 trains have been opened.

However, due to the partial shutdown of the supply chain caused by the European epidemic, there is a certain gap in the number of outbound and return journeys of the China-Europe train in Hefei.

In the face of the imbalance between the return journey of China-Europe freight trains, Hefei International Dry Port is actively exploring overseas return sources of goods, and also through strengthening cooperation with shipping companies, exploring more economical transportation methods, and forming a container between Asia and Europe. Loop.

It is reported that in the next step, Hefei International Dry Port will continue to promote the normal operation of return trains, better match the return trains, reduce collection time and transportation costs, and form an international trade channel for Asian and European countries. New advantages for cooperation and competition.
