5th disaster relief fund 'Hope Recovery Fund' for small business owners was paid over 2 trillion won to 800,000 people in two days. However, dozens of academies in Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do failed to receive subsidies on time.

Mr. A has been running a private academy in Gimpo for three years.

I received the disaster aid all four times and thought it would be paid this time as well, but I did not receive an application letter.

Even when I inquired to the city hall and the education office several times, only the answer "I don't know why" came back.

When I looked at the nearby academies, there were more than 70 places with a similar situation.

As the protests continued, the Gimpo Office of Education began to identify the cause, and it was revealed that the entire institute operators were omitted from the list of subjects to be sent to the Ministry of Small and Medium Venture Business.

[Mr. A/Academy Manager: I must have waited because I thought, 'I have a problem.' (By the way) Even if you waited, the list was not submitted. I must have been missing again.] The

Office of Education Support sent a text message notifying the hagwon operators of the omission and apologizing, but some subjects were also omitted here.

The Gimpo Office of Education said, "The list was omitted by an employee's mistake, and we will make sure to receive the subsidy on the 30th."

However, he did not disclose why the list was not sent.

Due to the careless mistake of the Office of Education, small business owners in urgent need of subsidy had to wait two more weeks.
