Among them, thermal power, nuclear power, wind power, and solar power respectively increased by 12.7%, 14.4%, 25.4%, and 12.1% year-on-year; hydropower decreased by 4.3% year-on-year.

  In terms of electricity consumption, electricity consumption across the country from January to July this year increased by 15.6% year-on-year.

Among them, the electricity consumption of primary, secondary, tertiary and households increased by 20.5%, 15.3%, 25.1% and 6.6% respectively year-on-year.

In terms of regions, the growth rate of electricity consumption in 16 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country exceeded 15.6% (that is, the growth rate of electricity consumption across the country). Among them, the growth rate of Tibet, Hubei, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Shaanxi exceeded 20%.

In July, the electricity consumption of the whole society increased by 12.8% year-on-year.

  In terms of investment project approval, in July, the National Development and Reform Commission approved a total of 8 fixed asset investment projects with a total investment of 58.2 billion yuan, mainly in the fields of transportation and energy.
