"Sharjah Islamic" allows opening an electronic account without a minimum balance

Sharjah Islamic Bank announced the launch of the new “SIB Digital” digital account, which allows customers to open an electronic account through the smart bank application, instantly and with easy procedures without the need to visit the branch.

The head of digital banking services at the bank, Walid Al-Amoudi, said that the launch of the new digital account comes within the framework of Sharjah Islamic's keenness to expand its digital services.

Al-Amoudi pointed out that it is easy to open the digital account, through the mobile phone, anywhere and anytime, without the need to visit any bank branches, as the registration process requires only simple steps, starting by downloading the smart application of the bank in the customer’s phone, and then clicking on the link “Start your digital experience”, enter the contact details from an email and phone number, and follow the required steps.

Al-Amoudi explained that "once the registration process is completed, the bank card will be delivered to the customer's address within two to three working days."
