The Emirati entrepreneur, Saleh Ali Al Mubarak, has developed his project to install surveillance cameras for residential villas to turn into a sophisticated project based on modern technologies, and provides smart solutions and services for all individuals, companies, government agencies, banks and embassies, and concludes contracts worth millions of dirhams.

Al-Mubarak stressed the importance of using smart systems in residential and service buildings in general, given that they save large amounts of money for customers, in the form of savings in the value of utility bills, especially electricity and water, and periodic maintenance operations.

Al Mubarak called on Emirati entrepreneurs to enter the field of technical projects, and advised them to restructure their projects, in light of the repercussions of the “Corona” pandemic, and the need to reduce unnecessary operating expenses.

He added that he applied to the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development in 2009 to obtain a loan to finance the project and was able to obtain the approval of the Fund, within a period of less than three months, to actually start establishing his company during 2010, noting that he had obtained many training courses through Khalifa Fund in various financial and marketing fields to support the project.

Al Mubarak confirmed that the project received great support, after obligating commercial activities in Abu Dhabi to install surveillance cameras, with specific high-level specifications and requirements, revealing that he was not satisfied with specializing in the field of surveillance cameras, but rather developed the project significantly, by providing all smart solutions and services. To meet the needs of society in the technical fields, in terms of providing security systems and automation of control systems, including smart homes and building control systems, in addition to the infrastructure of telecommunications networks, security gates, alarm systems and audio systems such as integrated sound systems and home theater, as well as smart parking systems.

He pointed out that the project has expanded over time, under a leadership that stimulates entrepreneurship and Emirati minds, from installing smart systems for residential villas, to concluding large operational contracts worth millions of dirhams, with companies, government agencies, banks and foreign embassies, pointing to the importance of using smart systems in residential buildings. And services in general, given that they provide large amounts of money to customers, amounting to thousands of dirhams, in the form of “savings” in the value of electricity and water bills and periodic maintenance operations.

Al Mubarak called on Emirati entrepreneurs to enter the field of technical projects, explaining that he found that citizens' turnout for technical projects in general is very low, despite their importance.

He also advised entrepreneurs to restructure their projects, in light of the repercussions of the “Corona” pandemic, in order to continue to work and the need to reduce operating expenses, in addition to focusing on attracting skilled employees, who can work with passion, noting that he had to reduce workers’ salaries for a period of time.
