Reportage Real Estate, the company specialized in real estate development in the UAE, revealed that it achieved sales of more than 892 million dirhams from the beginning of the year 2021 until the end of last July, compared to 424 million dirhams during the first seven months of the year 2020, a growth of 110%.

The sales day, which was organized by the company last Saturday in Dubai, witnessed the registration of sales of up to 16 million dirhams, amid a demand for the purchase of housing units in the "Reportage" projects, led by the "Rakan Lofts" project in Dubai, as well as the "Monte Napoleon" project, which was launched by the company. The company was recently located in Mostakbal City, New Cairo, Egypt.

Reportage recently revealed the addition of new units in the Rakan Lofts project, which the company is developing in the "Dubailand" region in cooperation with the "Continental Investment Company", after the company completed the sale of all the units of the project, which is scheduled to be delivered next year.

The "Rakan Lofts" project includes about 654 residential villas, while the "Rukan" tower provides about 488 housing units, distributed between studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

The new units were launched at prices starting from 695,000 dirhams for a townhouse consisting of a room and a hall, and 995,000 dirhams for a two-room townhouse.

Islam Ahmed Suleiman, CEO of Reportage Real Estate, explained that Reportage's continued achievement of strong sales during the current year reflects the company's ability to meet the requirements of its customers, in light of the attractiveness of Reportage Real Estate projects, as well as the strength and stability of the performance of the real estate sector in the UAE. And its ability to overcome the challenges associated with the repercussions of the “Covid 19” pandemic.

Reportage achieved sales of 812 million dirhams during 2020, a growth of 125 percent compared to 2019.

Suleiman pointed out that the launch of new units from the "Rakan Lofts" project came after the company's success in achieving strong sales in the project, amid a significant increase in demand, especially in light of the competitive and attractive prices for buyers of the project.

He pointed out the importance of the divorce of the "Monte Napoleon" project, which is the first "reportage" project outside the UAE, which reflects the stability and strength of the company's financial position, and its ability to implement more new projects inside and outside the UAE.

He explained that the sales day organized by the company recently witnessed a great demand for the purchase of housing units in all of the company's projects, especially "Rakan Lofts" and "Monte Napoleon", as well as the "The Gate" project in Abu Dhabi, especially in light of the availability of attractive offers for buyers in all projects.

Reportage Real Estate is developing 11 projects under construction in the UAE, providing about 5,000 housing units within the most important investment sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, in addition to a project that has been completed and delivered in Masdar City in Abu Dhabi.

The list of Reportage Real Estate projects in Dubai includes the Alexis Tower projects on Sheikh Zayed Road in the Downtown Jebel Ali area of ​​Dubai, which provides 378 luxury housing units, and the Rukan Tower, in the Dubailand area, which is being developed in cooperation with the "Reportage Real Estate" company. Continental Investment", which provides about 488 housing units, and "Rukan Lofts 1", which includes about 349 residential villas, and "Rukan Lofts 2", which provides about 305 villas.

In Abu Dhabi, Reportage is developing the "Al Raha Lofts 1" projects, which provide 164 housing units, and "Al Raha Lofts 2", which adds 110 housing units, within the Al Raha Beach area.

In Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, the “Oasis Residence 1” project is under development and provides 612 apartments, and “Oasis Residence 2” includes about 304 housing units, as well as the “The Gate” project, which adds 463 apartments, as well as the “Leonardo Residence” project, which It was delivered about two years ago, and includes 177 apartments in Masdar City.

On Al Maryah Island, Reportage is developing the Al Maryah Vista project, which will provide 786 housing units. The company also recently revealed the Diva project on Yas Island, which will provide 736 housing units.
