Presented at the Palm Beach Concours d'Elegance, the Audi Skysphere is one of the 3 concept cars that Audi will unveil over the coming months. Drawing on the brand's past and taking its inspiration from the Horch 853, a pre-war model, the Skysphere has the particularity of having a wheelbase that varies according to the driving mode chosen. Equipped with 4 steering wheels, the Audi is electric and autonomous. Its unique engine produces 632 hp and 750 Nm of torque, allowing it to go from 0 to 100 km / h in 4 seconds. In the passenger compartment, a double screen runs the entire length of the dashboard and gives pride of place to connectivity with, among other things, the possibility for passengers to watch streaming media. Designed in California by the manufacturer's Malibu design studio, the Skysphere owes a lot to virtual reality which was used extensively during its design.
