It is clarified that the increase in the volume of international reserves occurred mainly as a result of a positive revaluation and transactions for the purchase of foreign currency within the framework of the budget rule.

Earlier, the Central Bank of Russia said that in the second quarter of 2021, the domestic economy returned to pre-crisis levels.
