Payit Wallet, the UAE's first integrated digital wallet, backed by First Abu Dhabi Bank, has partnered with PLATX Omni Channel Conversational Commerce, a provider of digital support services, to provide solutions to merchants in the UAE. It allows them to collect payments from their customers through the “WhatsApp” application.

Merchants can register for this service with ease, by sending their WhatsApp numbers to their customers, via an instant conversation based on artificial intelligence, in order to make payments, within a few minutes securely, to the merchant, and receive the payment confirmation immediately. .
