Luxury hotel apartments accounted for about 9% of the total size of the hotel market in Dubai, reaching 11,219 hotel apartments, within 77 facilities, compared to a 10% share of mid-level hotel apartments, with a number of 12,881 rooms, within 110 facilities.

He pointed out that the flexible visa policy adopted by the government, and the options for extending visas, also had a role in increasing the demand for apartments during the first months of this year.
