Earlier, the Federal Antimonopoly Service approved the acquisition of the Dixy network by Magnit.

In May, Magnit agreed on the possibility of acquiring Dixy at a cost of 92.4 billion rubles by 31 August with the option of extending this period by a month.

It was reported that the retailer intends to keep the chain's brand.
