The "Work Points" clarified the goals for the integrated development of urban agglomerations, focused on the implementation of a number of major issues, and promoted the integrated development of the "Xiang Ten with God" urban agglomeration.
In terms of railways, speed up the construction of the Xiwu High-speed Railway, Zheng-Wan High-speed Railway, and Hunan High-speed Railway, and truly integrate into the national high-speed railway network, and actively promote the preliminary work of projects such as Ankang (via Shiyan, Xiangyang, Suizhou) to Hefei High-speed Railway, and Jingmen-Ankang Railway.
In terms of waterway, speed up the construction of Yakou and Xinji hubs, implement the Tangbai River (Tanghe) shipping development, study and start the Wangfuzhou ship lock reconstruction, coordinate the promotion of the Hanjiang channel improvement, fully implement the "river-sea combined transportation, port-port linkage" strategy, and build the east to Shanghai , A large waterway from Chongqing in the west and Guangxi in the south.
Regarding expressways, speed up the construction of Shiyan-Yichang Expressway via Shennongjia, Xiangyang-Yichang Expressway, Xiangyang-Nanyang Expressway, and Suizhou-Xinyang Expressway, actively promote the reconstruction and expansion of Fuyin Expressway, open up the national expressway network, and actively plan Shiyan passes through Dan River Valley to Nanzhang Expressway, creating a highway along the Hanjiang River.

In terms of national and provincial trunk lines, speed up the connection of the 316 national highway "Xiang Shisui" first-class highway, coordinate the promotion of the 207 national highway, the 209 national highway, the 240 national highway, and the 346 national highway to improve the radiation driving capacity of the trunk highway.

Since then, the four places have successively established the "Xiang Ten Sui Shen" urban agglomeration public resource trading cooperation alliance, cultural center alliance, media alliance, urban agglomeration medical security coordinated development alliance, urban agglomeration special vehicle industry technology innovation strategic alliance, and signed the "Xiangsi "Shisuishen" city group government affairs service matters are cross-regional, the integrated development of human and social services, and many other cooperation agreements.
As the central city in the "Xiang Ten Follow the God" city group, Xiangyang takes the initiative.
According to the relevant person in charge of the Xiangyang Municipal Government, the city has held several meetings of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and the leading group to study the ideas and measures for the promotion of urban agglomeration related work, and took the lead in drafting the implementation opinions on the integrated development of the "Xiang Ten with God" urban agglomeration. Three-year action plan, annual work points, coordination work mechanism and other documents, fully promote the integrated development of the "Xiang Ten Follow God" urban agglomeration.
