The 130,111 applicants who declared their points for settlement this year can log in to the point settlement online declaration system to view their final annual points and rankings.

The list of persons who intend to obtain the qualifications to settle down has been publicized on the "Window of the Capital" portal website of the municipal government and accepts social supervision. The publicity period ends on July 19, 2021.

　　In accordance with the annual settlement scale to maintain 6000 people and implement the working principle of the same division and settlement, a total of 6,045 people intend to obtain the registration qualification this year, and the corresponding minimum score is 100.88 points.

If there is no objection after the announcement, the permanent residence registration of this city can be handled in accordance with relevant regulations during the period from July 20, 2021 to December 31, 2023.

　　According to reports, the characteristics of the settled residents publicized to the society this time are specifically manifested in three aspects: First, they have worked stably in Beijing for a long time.

The average working time of publicity personnel in Beijing is 16 years, which reflects the requirement that the applicants who settled with points should be employed in Beijing for a long time.

Second, the age span is relatively large, with young and middle-aged people occupying the majority.

Publicity personnel are from 31 to 57 years old, 96.9% are under 45 years old, and the average age is 40.5 years old.

The third is to cover a wide area.

The publicity personnel came from 4447 units, covering nearly 80% of the existing industry classification.

Staff engaged in scientific research, technical services and cultural industries accounted for 56.4%, and staff from high-tech enterprises accounted for 37%, which strongly supported the economic and social development of the capital.

　　It is understood that this year the city’s points settlement work will be based on the “full network connection, no running at one time”, further optimize the online declaration operation, increase the real-time display points, ranking interval function and mobile terminal result query function; adjust the annual schedule, The publicity period has been advanced from October to July in previous years, allowing more time for subsequent arrangements such as the transfer of academic titles to the applicant’s children.

At the same time, electronic mail transfer will be fully implemented during the settlement phase to improve work efficiency.

Applicants who have obtained the eligibility to settle down can go directly to the public security branch of the place where they plan to settle down to complete the procedure after the approval of the Beijing transfer information is approved.

If there are no accompanying children and no other original documents to be submitted, the "no-show" can be realized from the declaration to the settlement.

The severely dishonest information of applicants and employers will be included in the Beijing Public Credit Information Service Platform.

Those suspected of crimes shall be transferred to judicial organs for handling in accordance with the law.

In the early stage, the city has notified and handled 3 batches of 20 fraudsters.

Recently, it has been found that 7 applicants have practiced fraud and have been dealt with seriously in accordance with laws and regulations.
