The government's regulatory plan, which required that members of the reconstruction complex to live in real estate for two years to obtain the right to sell, has been withdrawn.



The National Assembly Land and Land Committee held a subcommittee on the bill yesterday (12th) and decided to remove the relevant content from the amendment to the Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Act.



After the introduction of the two-year mandatory residence requirement in the June 17 measures last year, the number of cases of landlords moving in and moving in has increased, leading to criticism that tenants suffer damage.
