handling mechanism

Al-Wadiya stressed the need for there to be a mechanism to deal with such problems, such that the developer has a period of two weeks during which he fixes any defects, then receives the person and pays, but if the defects are not fixed, he has the right not to pay, on the basis that he receives a good property that provides him with comfort.

As for the developer handing over the unit without receiving the last payment, this is not permissible according to the contract stipulated between the two parties.
