  Article 6 of the “Measures” states that operators who have personal information of more than 1 million users going to list abroad must report to the Cyber ​​Security Review Office for a cyber security review.

  The "Measures" stipulate that if key information infrastructure operators purchase network products and services, and data processors carry out data processing activities that affect or may affect national security, they shall conduct network security reviews in accordance with these Measures.

  The cyber security review focuses on evaluating procurement activities, data processing activities, and the possible national security risks that may be brought about by foreign listings. It mainly considers seven factors, including the illegal control, interference or destruction of critical information infrastructure after the use of products and services. Risks; the disruption of product and service supply to the business continuity of critical information infrastructure, etc.

  According to a report from the National Internet Information Office, currently, Didi Chuxing, Wanman Man, Truck Gang, and BOSS Direct Employment have all been subject to cyber security reviews.
