According to the financial results for the year to March announced by Mitsubishi Aircraft, the final loss was 91.2 billion yen, the second consecutive year of the final deficit.



As a result, the company has been insolvent for the second consecutive year, with its debt exceeding its assets.



Development costs continued to increase due to a significant delay in the delivery of the first unit, and the amount of insolvency was 555.9 billion yen as of the end of March, a further increase from last year's 464.6 billion yen.



Since October last year, the company has significantly reduced its personnel and development system, saying that demand for aircraft cannot be expected due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection in addition to the delay in development, and the severe business environment continues.
