Real estate sale in "Palm Jumeirah" worth 22 million dirhams

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than one billion dirhams, as the department recorded 266 pledges of allegiance worth 517.86 million dirhams, including 19 pledges of land with a value of 115.53 million dirhams and 247 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas with a value of 402.33 million dirhams, of which 22 million dirhams were pledged in an area Palm Jumeirah.

Mortgages recorded a value of 441.41 million dirhams, while donations witnessed 27 gifts, worth 47.94 million dirhams.

The most important land sales came at a value of 46 million dirhams in the “Island 2” area, followed by a pledge of 13 million dirhams in the Al Barsha South Third area, while “Al-Markadh” topped the areas in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 58 pledges worth 75 million dirhams, followed by The Dubai Marina area recorded 21 pledges of 42 million dirhams.
