On the afternoon of June 28, Hainan Province held a press conference on the "Regulations on International Shipping of Hainan Free Trade Port" to interpret the relevant content of the "Regulations."
According to reports, the regulations will be formally implemented on September 1, 2021.
At the same time, the "Regulations" proposes that international ships (including foreign-funded ships) registered in the Hainan Free Trade Port can engage in waterway transportation and construction operations in coastal waters within the province.
