[100th Anniversary of the Communist Party of China] Guizhou Exhibition of Poverty Alleviation Achievements: Relive the familiar scene of poverty alleviation
[Explanation] On June 28th, "The Wonderful Chapter of China's Poverty Reduction Miracle-Guizhou Poverty Alleviation Achievement Exhibition" (hereinafter referred to as "Achievement Exhibition") was officially launched at Guizhou Art Museum.
The Achievement Exhibition is one of the activities in Guizhou Province to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.
[Explanation] Guizhou used to be the province with the largest number of poor people, the largest poverty area, and the deepest poverty level in China. In 2020, all 66 poor counties in Guizhou will have their caps removed, 9.23 million poor people will be lifted out of poverty, and 1.92 million people have moved out of the mountain. The number of people who have been relocated for poverty alleviation is the highest in China, writing a wonderful chapter of China's poverty reduction miracle, and providing useful reference and reference for global poverty reduction.
[Explanation] Through more than 3,000 pictures, 51 videos, and more than 120 objects from the frontline of poverty alleviation, the Achievement Exhibition recorded the glorious journey of poverty alleviation in Guizhou and the valuable experience of tearing off the label of absolute poverty for thousands of years.
In the corner of the exhibition hall, a dilapidated thatched house with earthen walls attracts everyone's attention.

The house we are seeing now is an old house inhabited by poor people in Guizhou in the 1970s and 1980s. You can see what can be described as a dilapidated wooden wall with damaged bricks and tiles as the roof.
There is no shelter from the wind or rain, and the house is surrounded by disciples.
This house is the old house of our old man Chen Xiaoyou in Nayong County, Bijie City. We can say that we moved their original house from Nayong County, Bijie City to our showroom, which is a prototype relocation.
So now this old man Chen Xiaoyou and his family have moved into a new home, living a new life of four generations under one roof.
[Explanation] Achievement exhibition site, before and after comparison photos, vivid cases, and a group of tangible data show the brilliant achievements of Guizhou's poverty alleviation.
In this battle against poverty, many young village cadres have contributed their youth and enthusiasm to the cause of poverty alleviation.
At the scene of the Achievement Exhibition, they were also full of emotions.

I came to our village as the secretary of the village party branch in December 2016, because when we went there was when there were no access in many places. In fact, let alone the development of work, we went to the next team to reach the villagers. In his home, it is a very hard work.
Because the conditions were very bad at the time, and the task of poverty alleviation was particularly heavy, we were under great pressure because there were so many things to do.
You start from water, electricity, roads, information, housing, and villages, and then from the income-increasing projects of the masses, etc., each project is gradually carried out bit by bit.

The picture next to me was taken when I was visiting the disadvantaged children in our village.
(Remember) When I went, the overall conditions in the village were still relatively backward. The villagers basically drank the water, and many people lived in places that were open to wind and rain, and some were even mixed with humans and animals.
(Now) Our village has completed a radical change in the fight against poverty.
The common people have a good life, medical and educational conditions have also been greatly improved, and the village has also developed a modern agricultural industry.
[Explanation] In this battle against poverty, the "Guizhou Strategy" and 23 work innovations in practice have attracted attention.
Each video vividly recorded various tactics in Guizhou's fight for the "annihilation war" of deep poverty, the "general war" of the rural industrial revolution, and the "protracted war" of poverty alleviation and relocation.
Speaking of the battle of the rural industrial revolution, Li Xiangyang, a professor at Guizhou University who had worked to help Hexing Town, Dejiang County, Guizhou Province, was quite moved.

I rushed to the tea, because my main profession is the epidemic law of tea diseases and insect pests and the application of the technology of green prevention and control.
We have discovered that when we have reached the front line of poverty alleviation, not only do you have to make good use of your own majors, but you also have to think of which majors can give the people a little more income, so we also try to use our knowledge to transform this Technology has brought us to the forefront, enabling them to increase their income and become rich.

As an important base for the study and education of party history in Guizhou Province, the exhibition will last until the end of 2021.
