At present, the main structure of the shield starting shaft and the reserved lifting hole has been poured. The door ring, tic-tac, main drive, assembling machine and cutter head have all been installed in the well, and the project is undergoing preliminary commissioning.
It is understood that the Zhanjiang Bay Subsea Tunnel is currently the longest single-headed large-diameter sea-crossing high-speed rail shield tunnel in China.
