Have you built a new house or renovated an old house? In the city or in the country? Alone, as a couple or in a building community - and perhaps experimented with a building material and / or built it in a particularly climate-friendly manner? Then apply for the tenth round of our “New Houses” series in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung (FAS) and on FAZ.NET. This year the editorial team is again looking for houses that architects have planned on behalf of private clients and that convince with a coherent concept. We are just as interested in unusual, tailor-made objects as those whose floor plans already offer solutions for future living wishes and needs.
Only residential buildings in Germany that architects have planned on behalf of private clients and that are no more than two years old are taken into account.

2. Site plan, floor plan and section each as PDF format
3. A photo of the exterior view (or visualization)
4. A photo of the interior view (or visualization)
5. A photo of the house in its surroundings
6. Photo of the Builders

Important NOTE:
The submitted materials (description, photos) are for selection only.
The FAS generally illustrates the published articles with photos taken by its own photographers of the house and residents.
Since each individual contribution is associated with a lot of effort in advance, the accuracy of the information should be ensured and no fancy images should be submitted.

If a selected house does not meet the expectations raised in the application during the on-site visit, the FAS reserves the right not to publish it.
