It is understood that Ma'anshan is a riverside industrial city and a resource-based city. The contradiction between resource and environmental constraints and extensive growth mode is particularly prominent, and industrial transformation and upgrading is imminent.
In order to solve this contradiction, in recent years, on the basis of learning from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other places, Maanshan City has initiated the reform practice of "Heroes per acre", striving to solve the contradiction between industrial optimization and upgrading and shortage of essential resources. The optimal allocation of factor resources has changed from "inefficient" to "high-yield fields."
