The Deokpyeong Logistics Center, which was completed in 2014, is one of the three largest logistics centers in Coupang, along with the Incheon and Daegu centers, and is called a 'mega center'.

It is mainly in charge of delivery to Gyeonggi and Chungcheong areas, and also serves as a hub for some local delivery volumes.

Coupang said, "We have enough stock for products that customers purchase a lot." "We will try to minimize customer complaints by dividing the delivery between other distribution centers."

However, there are concerns that long vacancies could overload other centers and cause problems throughout the delivery system.

Coupang announced that it would send a text message to customers who are expected to delay delivery and pay 1,000 won worth of Coupang Cash if delivery is actually delayed.
