The builder's digital wallet ID, the amount of money issued and other information are uploaded to the chain for deposit certificate, and the bank will approve the application based on the chain. Pay wages from the constructor’s public wallet to the builder’s private digital wallet in the form of digital RMB in batches.
At present, the Xiongan New District has started the construction of pilot consumption scenarios for the digital renminbi in the No. 1 and No. 2 camps of the Builder's Home of the New District.
At the end of 2019, Xiongan New District launched a digital RMB pilot program.
The relevant person in charge of the local financial department introduced that the digital renminbi is a digital legal currency issued by the People's Bank of China, which is operated by designated operating agencies and exchanged with the public.
It is understood that the digital renminbi is simply equivalent to the cash renminbi, but in a different form.
