“The growing demand for diesel fuel in Russia is steadily provided by the current production, which is at twice the level of consumption,” the message says.
The department assured that "the lack of fuel at the filling station is in principle excluded."
Earlier, the cost of diesel fuel on the St. Petersburg International Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange (SPIMEX) reached 52,615 rubles per ton - the highest value in the entire history of observations since 2018.
