History to verify if the autonomies communicated by the manufacturers according to the WLTP standard are credible, the NAF (Norvegian Automobile Federation) drove with 21 fully charged electric models until they ran out of fuel.

In this exercise, the best student was the BMW iX3 which traveled 556.2 km, or 106 km more than advertised.

In total, 18 of the 21 cars tested did better than the figures given by their manufacturer.

In terms of pure autonomy, the Tesla Model 3 Grande Autonomie stood out with a total of 654.9 km, followed by the Ford Mustang Mach-E Long Range 2WD (617.9 km ).

Finally, the NAF noticed that many cars were able to do several more km when they announced a range of 0. In the case of the Tesla, it was a distance still around 60 km!
