It is time to return to the office for many employees.

On June 9, many of them are resuming face-to-face work thanks to the relaxation of teleworking rules.

Some companies decide to mark the occasion, while initiating more profound changes, as is the case with Jouve.

REPORTAGE

Since June 9, France has entered a new stage of deconfinement.

Among the relaxations that come into force, we find the instructions for teleworking.

While it is still required to maintain a dose of teleworking, this must now be negotiated within companies.

Many employees are therefore returning to the office after a year marked by teleworking.

A return that the management teams have prepared with meticulousness, as is the case at Jouve, a digital company in the center of Paris.

User-friendliness and autonomy in the workspace

Croissants, coffee, welcome, etc.

Everything is ready to welcome the 600 employees.

Pascal Manczyk, HR Director of the Jouve group is happy to be back with his teams.

"We are delighted with this feedback from the employees."

The effort is made to mark the occasion.

"Each site will have the opportunity to animate moments of conviviality. I know that one of our sites has planned, precisely, to decorate the site to make this day a little more special", he says.

A little back-to-school feel for this day of recovery but also many changes to come.

A brand new training program for managers will be launched to give employees more autonomy.

This is one of the lessons of this telework year.

Rethinking space

The space will also be redesigned.

"We are going to bring down the partition to create a much larger space. We are working on the study of new furniture for flex-office spaces. We can see that employees are looking for a workplace that is closer to their own. place of life ", explains Pascal Manczyk.

The management team is also eagerly awaiting the complete end of the sanitary measures to resume the seminars and once again bring together the teams from its five national sites.
