While Fiat launched a few months ago the new version of the Fiat 500, which already exists only in electric, the manufacturer has just revealed its new strategy.

It consists of no longer producing “zero emission” engines from 2030. The platform of the 500 could thus be used for the Centoventi, the replacement for the Panda.

However, thanks to its integration into the Stellantis group, the Italian firm could benefit from the technical base used by the Peugeot e-208 and Opel Corsa-e.

In the meantime, Fiat is imagining the cities of the future in collaboration with the architectural firm Stefan Boeri and will soon convert the roof of its historic Lingotto building in Turin into a large hanging garden with 28,000 plants!
