China News Service, Chengdu, May 29 (Du Cheng) Shede Wines (600702.SH) announced on the 28th that the company's directors Yu Dong, Yang Ping, Ren Lixia and supervisors Li Jian, Liu Ziyue and Qiu Ming resigned.

Among them, Yu Dong, Yang Ping, Liu Ziyue, and Qiu Ming will continue to hold other positions in the company after resignation, while Ren Lixia and Li Jian will no longer hold any positions in the company.

At the 2020 performance briefing meeting of Shede Liquor Industry held that day, Zhang Wei, the secretary of the board of Shede Liquor Industry, responded to the collective resignation incident and said that the resignation of directors and supervisors is a normal personnel adjustment and has no impact on the company’s normal production and operation. New supervisors and directors will be by-elected in accordance with relevant procedures.

Public information shows that Yu Dong is currently Deputy General Manager of Shede Wine Production Base and Director of Wine Center, and holds 75,000 shares of the company; Yang Ping is currently General Manager of Shede Wine Brand Center; Liu Ziyue is currently Deputy Director of Shede Wine Plan Operation Center General Manager; Qiu Ming is the general manager of the risk control center of Shede Liquor Industry.

After the above four persons have resigned from their positions as directors and supervisors, they will continue to hold other positions in Shede Liquor.

Ren Lixia and Li Jian are closely related to Tianyang Holdings, the former actual controller of Xide Liquor.

Ren Lixia was nominated as a candidate for the board of directors by the board of directors of Shede Liquor Industry in September 2020. When Li Jian joined the Board of Supervisors of Shede Liquor Industry in August 2018, he was also the deputy general manager of SkyOcean Holdings Risk Control Center and Tuopai Shede Group Co., Ltd. Supervisors and other positions.

Industry analysts believe that the exit of senior executives with the background of SkyOcean Holdings means that Fosun has increased its control over the wine industry.

Prior to this, due to the fact that Zhou Zheng, the actual controller of SkyOcean Holdings, was investigated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, SkyOcean Holdings and related senior executives were successively punished by supervision and punishment. The 70% equity of Sichuan Tuopai Shede Group held by SkyOcean Holdings was repeatedly taken judicial preservation measures. The Shehong Municipal Government auctioned the Tuopai Shede shares held by SkyOcean.

In December 2020, after 27 rounds of bidding for Yuyuan, a listed company under Fosun, a 70% stake in Sichuan Tuopai Shede Group was sold for 4.53 billion yuan. Since then, the head of Fosun, Guo Guangchang, has become the actual control of Shede Liquor Industry people.

According to the 2020 financial report, during the reporting period, Shede Wines achieved operating income of 2.704 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.02%; net profit was 581 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.42%.

In the first quarter of 2021, the revenue and net profit of the wine industry soared, with revenue of 1.028 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 154.21%; net profit of 302 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1031.19%.
