Al Habtoor opens its hotels to train citizens on hotel work

Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor: “All the group’s hotels are open to citizens, for the purpose of training them in all departments.”

The founder and chairman of the Al Habtoor Group, Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, has called on Emiratis to engage in the tourism and hotel sector.

Al Habtoor said in a tweet on his account on the social networking site "Twitter": "I invite our sons and daughters in the Emirates of all levels of education to train in hotels."

He added: "We are fully prepared at (Al Habtoor Group) to invest time and money to train them in all areas of the hotel sector, and develop their skills, to be the pioneers of the important tourism sector in our economy."

He stated that "all the group's hotels are open to citizens, for the purpose of training them in all departments," explaining that "those who wish can submit applications to the group, as of next June."

The Al Habtoor Group's hospitality portfolio includes 14 hotels distributed between the UAE and international markets.
