  On May 16, the German Condor Airlines flight DE8442 (Frankfurt-Xi'an) was diagnosed with 5 cases of new coronary pneumonia passengers.

From May 31, the flight operation will be suspended for 2 weeks.

The fused flight volume shall not be used for other routes.

  On May 14th, Russian Airlines flight SU208 (Moscow to Shanghai) was diagnosed with 8 cases of new crown pneumonia passengers.

According to the "Civil Aviation Administration's Notice on the Trial Implementation of Fuse Measures for International Scheduled Passenger Flights" and the choice of airlines, starting May 31, the flight will be restricted from operating at a load factor of no more than 40% for 4 weeks.

During the flight limit operation period, if there is any violation, the flight operation will be immediately suspended for 2 weeks and the subsequent right to choose the operation control measure to control the load factor will be cancelled.

  The Civil Aviation Administration requires that the two airlines mentioned above should provide services such as passenger comfort and ticket refunds and changes on subsequent flights.
