Once again
Actualidad Económica
, supported by
Caixa Bank
, recognized the 100 Best Ideas of this year.
The event, in its 43rd edition, was presented by
Martí Saballs
, deputy director of El MUNDO, who recalled that a while ago they foresaw that "the great idea of the century was yet to come", and on the stage of an auditorium full of entrepreneurs wearing a mask, timely praised the greatest achievement of 2021: the vaccine.
The inaugural speech was given by the director of this newspaper,
Francisco Rosell
: "Give me a foothold and I will move the world," he proclaimed, citing Archimedes.
Rosell, as a metaphor, stressed that if anything can be moved by means of a lever, with one of the 100 best ideas and the right point of support, the world can be transformed.
For this reason, Rosell not only enhanced the entrepreneurial work of everyone present, but also thanked them for their courage in applying the philosophical concept "power to act" to imagine, create and specify.
"You are the yeast that will ferment Spanish progress and development, helping to correct that old prejudice, happily alleviated but not eradicated, of that provocation by Miguel de Unamuno: 'let them invent'".
For this reason, the 100 Best Ideas are a recognition of the most innovative initiatives in each sector, which accelerate the growth of companies and also promote job creation. The awards are a mirror of the progress of R + D + i in Spain, where innovation drives digital, sustainability, and issues related to health.
Some of the winners have been companies such as Danone, Sothis, Enaire, Bitpanda, Bulp, Pascual, Bergé, Paraguas Carballo (P&P Carballo Hermanos), Sapientec Siglo XXI, Henkel or First Work Places. These and many more initiatives have been awarded in categories such as Digital Transformation; Health; New technologies; Finance, Insurance and Connectivity; Sustainability; Food, Beverages and Lifestyle; Industry 4.0 and SMEs and Start up; Training and Employment; RCS and Volunteering; Transportation, Mobility, Advertising and Marketing.
