  The "Notice" pointed out that in the first quarter of 2021, the median number of complaints against property insurance companies for 100 million yuan in premiums was 6.14 per 100 million yuan, and the median number of complaints for 10,000 insurance policies was 0.49 per 10,000; insurance companies’ premiums amounted to 100 million yuan. The median number of complaints was 1.43 cases per 100 million yuan, the median number of complaints about 10,000 policies was 0.26 cases per 10,000, and the median number of complaints per 10,000 people was 0.09 cases per 10,000 people.
