The center adopts a 24-hour operation mode, and is mainly responsible for the functions of the province’s expressway network operation monitoring, emergency handling, travel information service and ETC customer service. It is a collection of "road network monitoring center, travel service center, command and dispatch center, Emergency response center, data analysis center" five-in-one intelligent, information, and digital road network management center.
