In response to the report of the special investigation committee, Tohokushinsha announced a disposition to reduce the remuneration of seven officers including President Shinya Nakajima, saying that the monitoring and supervision of problems such as dinner was insufficient.

This means that the executive compensation of the president and vice president will be reduced by 10% for three months, and the executive compensation of five directors excluding outside directors will be reduced by 10% for one month.

At Tohokushinsha, the former president took responsibility for a series of problems and resigned in February.
