Some use words such as "authority" and "official" to mislead the public, some overemphasize scoring rankings, organize award ceremonies, and some take the opportunity to conduct training and charge participation fees.
The National Development and Reform Commission will investigate and deal with relevant parties, resolutely cut off the "interest chain" behind the business environment assessment, and strictly prohibit the use of business environment assessment opportunities to collect participation fees and training fees from local governments and market entities. In the name of raising rankings, awarding awards, and charging local governments and market entities with "favorable fees" and "sponsorship fees".
