By 13:21 Moscow time, the ruble index of the Moscow Exchange rose by 0.53% - to 3702.21 points, the dollar-denominated RTS index - by 0.02%, to 1577.86 points.
The historical maximum was recorded a little earlier at the level of 3702.26 points.
